Why do criminals just go straight for the gun threat to get what they want?

There are OVER 30,000 firearm laws already on the books and you think one or 2 MORE new laws are going to suddenly make them follow the law?? If gun laws really worked Chitcago would be the SAFEST city in the country with ZERO firearm laws broken every year BUT Chitcago has some of the MOST RESTRICTIVE firearm laws in the entire COUNTRY BUT it ALSO has the MOST firearm related CRIMES in the country!!! Why is it that EVERY new proposed firearm law ONLY affects the LEGAL and LAWFUL firearm owners and does less than NOTHING to address the CRIMINALS USING the firearms to break laws???

Why do liberals go straight for the gun grab without being smart enough to know that the real weapon is not the gun but the brain behind the trigger?  For every criminal there are hundreds of thousands of law abiding gun owners who don't deserve to be robbed of their rights because you're afraid of the few.  Take guns from the law abiding and the only ones who will have them are the criminals you fear.

The best defense against criminals with guns is to get your own gun and learn how to use it safely and effectively. 

Criminals don't want to be shot so they avoid those they figure might be armed.  That's why violence happens more in liberal areas where citizens are too sheep-like to defend themselves.

Why do you suppose BLM and Antifa stuck to blue cities last summer instead of someplace like say, Cheyenne Wyoming?  Wyoming is a state where anybody 21 and over with no criminal record can simply stick a gun in their pocket and carry it with no government interference.  Ever stop to think that may be one of the reasons the state has a low crime rate?

Because farting in public or threatening  people with a banana  just doesn't have the shock factor of a gun.
