Did I witness what would be considered men in black?

Years ago I had an experience that I will never forget so I live out in the country in a small town in Pennsylvania it was a summer night and I had walked to my friends house for a fire I had decided to walk home around 3-4 am on my way I had to pass a big corn field I remember looking up and seeing a light fly threw the sky and stop mid air than shoot up in the sky and disappear just after that a blacked out as far as I could see car started slowly following me and when ever it would get start to catch up with me it would pull over to the side of the road and stop until I got further ahead I remember pulling out my phone and making it visible afraid that it was someone trying to rob me but after about 5-10 minutes of the following I had decided to make a run for my house which wasn’t to far at this point and the car spend up past me to this day I still have no idea what it was but after seeing the thing in the sky part of me thinks I might have witnessed what would be considered the men in black or just fbi who knows has anyone had a similar experience or heard of someone who has?
