How can I set my moms sundial I got her for Christmas to daylight savings time ?

    By adjusting the time on it to the present time (we sprung forward an hour).

    You can't.  It's a sundial, and follows the sun.  Solar time is different from other sorts of time scales.

    It's not the sundial that tells you the time, it's your knowledge of telling time the sundial is used to tell time.
