Can someone give me a link to the unmarriable for federal agents and their children?

Like I want a link to read the guidelines for who an agent or their children are legally allowed to date/and or marry. For example the listed legal disqualifications such as 

Misdemeanor

Cocaine use and conviction

Assault charges

Bad credit

Unsuccessful nasal surgery

Inability to sneeze in multiples for many years

Essential tremors

Not knowing you were part of someone else's murder investigation

Both being full Latino and above average looks.

Being too nice and honest

Not being able to testify

Please give me the link to the Federal Laws that omit this. Yankee White yo.

    They aren't allowed to marry their siblings, parents, or children. In some states, they're not allowed to marry their first cousins either.
