What the hell is this fluid leaking out of my car?!?

Is my car on it's period or something? It's a 2019 Ford Explorer

    Long life anti-freeze is orange and feels like water.  Transmission fluid is pink and feels oily.

    Antifreeze.  Check coolant level.

    Looks like antifreeze - they've been making it in red now for a while.

    Either you have a hole in the radiator or some came out of the overflow.
