Will anyone get better after the coronavirus?

it will take until  next year don't expect this year

People who have had the virus MAY make a full recovery.  Some, at least, could expect long term repercussions.  Society as a whole can either take this as a warning and make some changes permanently or it will go back to business as usual over time leaving it vulnerable to the NEXT one.

Yes, anyone will get better, maybe even a few people.  Only 98% of those who get the Vid will survive, but there is still hope that our species will live on.

Millions of people have recovered from it, not everyone dies

Someone I know did, just had some breathing concerns. Didn't have to go to the hospital. 40ish, doesn't smoke or drink, walks everywhere.
