Disagreeing with something isn't whining about it. The whining in 2016 was done by the Democrats who lost the election, which occurred again in 2018 when they lost an election in Georgia. Stacey Abrams if you forget her name. Trump was always convinced that the elections were rigged in some parts of the US. And in 2020, the Democrats proved he was right. One theory is that Obama was too busy in Haiti in 2016 learning how to do it. The Haitians noticed.
