I homeschooled my kids and i dont know how to create their transcripts. I need help!?

I have a 5th and 6th grader who i decided to homeschool this year..we are ready to go back to regular school and i need to create their transcripts..i thought the website Time4learning generated a transcript for us but they only offer a template that i have to fill out...does anybody have transcript i can view or if anyone can send me a link with an example of a 5th or 6th graders transcript? The only ones i find online are of high schoolers...

    Typically only high school students receive transcripts. Younger students receive report cards.

    Are you sure you need a transcript?  I sent my kids back to their public school after homeschooling and they didn’t ask for anything.

    Write down all subjects you taught and general material covered in those subjects.

    I'd suggest you ask this in your local Facebook group. I spent 18yrs homeschooling my kids and we only did transcripts for grades 9-12.
