Why is Biden the first President since 1934 not to have given a State of the Union address in January or February?  ?

It may have to do with the attempted insurrection by domestic terrorists and the fact that Trump refused to concede and allow the peaceful transfer of power so that Biden's cabinet would not be sworn in.  This is on Trump because in the history of America no other former president did this, there has always been a peaceful transfer of power.  

Another reason he is not announcing the date is again because a second attempt to destroy the democracy due to a threat of bombing everyone while attempting to address the nation.   This is why the gated barrier will not come down probably until all of the guilty parties including elected officials who are responsible for the first attempt are behind bars.  

Nothing in the Constitution says a President must have a State of the Union address.

And since the DC police have uncovered a desire by the far right to attack at a state of the union address why would this administration announce when they will have one?

You'd be happy if Biden stood before the nation and said, "Our nation is a massive mess. Our former allies don't trust us.  Our drinking water is polluted. Our air is dirtier.  Our infrastructure is crumbling.  My predecessor lost 40 million jobs most of which won't be coming back, set a record for unemployment, killed 500,000 Americans unnecessarily, started a dozen new secret wars in Africa alone and played more golf than any President in history, ever."  Biden, like most Democrats, knows if you don't have anything nice to say, you stay quiet.  A lesson you Trumptards could learn.

Biden needs his napping time and has no clue what to say.

I prayed about Biden Obama and Trump they have good hearts 

Because everyone already knew the state of the Union was in terrible shape after four years of trump and his swamp. Besides, no President has ever given a State of the Union address after only one month on the job.

The green zone around Washington D.C. tells us all that Biden is an illegitimate president.
