What's wrong with the IRS "where is my refund" tool?

The Where’s My Refund tool shows “Return Received,” but IRS has already issued my refund about 5 days ago. It was deposited into my bank account. The status hasn't changed yet on IRS website. Should I just ignore ?

Update:

Should I just ignore it?

I experienced the same problem.  I checked the status on Tuesday a.m. and it stated it was received.  I then looked at my bank account as I do everyday and there it was.  I checked again the status just for s&g's and three days later the same.  Must be a glitch.

Once the IRS does the Direct Deposit..............the money is yours.  Now, just stop checking and move on.

You got your refund, why do you care.  This happens every year.

I find it very strange that you have already received your refund and yet you're still using the "Where's My Refund" tool.   Why?

"Return Received" is not a cause for concern.   Obviously they received your return if they issued your refund.

Stop inventing problems where there are none.

    SMH.
