Has anyone been screwed by FedX this week?

I have always heard if it has to be there overnite send FedX. They have my package sitting in Memphis now for 3 days. I paid $81 to ship OVERNIGHT. The operator says they have suspended refunds. They do not guarantee crap. Forget FedX overeating folks. Its a waste of your money.

Update:

overnighting not overeating

I don’t understand how companies like FedEx or even USPS get away with charging extra for overnight delivery, and don’t provide that. At the very least, they should refund the price difference between regular ground shipping and overnight. People pay a lot of money for overnight shipping, so they should be able to guarantee it. I understand weather sometimes prevents on time delivery, but they shouldn’t take people’s money and promise something they can’t deliver.

almost everything that is shipped FedEx goes through Memphis.

I don't understand that business model in 2021.  But I'm sure they do the analysis and it works for them.

The weather delays really backed them up last week.  My package was delayed 5 days but got here yesterday.

But USPS is certainly a mess these days.

    UPS still seems ok.

GSO which I used to LOVE = I've had 2 packages not delivered and I'm sure their pick-up drivers took both of them.  And talk about poor customer service!!!

No, I have not been screwed by FedEx this week.

This is not customer service, nor is it a place to post reviews.

    Reported.
