Logo clothes and porn?

Can you get in trouble for wearing clothes with logos on it in published porn videos?

    If you're "talent" then probably not.  If you are part of the production company, then yes you can.

    Use of trademarks without permission can lead to civil penalties, which is why you often see them blurred out in commercial projects like "foodie" shows where the logos on people's clothing and the "beer signs" in the background are digitally obscured.

    If the logos are not obscured, the producer could be required to halt all sales and distribution of the video.  Third party sites broadcasting clips could be issued "takedown" orders.
