What are your thoughts on such a child? ?

This is purely hypothetical.

This child suffers tremendous neglect, abuse and abandonment and as a result, dies from criminal negligence. So she comes back from the dead as a vengeful spirit, sees a flourishing relationship between a mother and daughter, decides to stalk, harass bully, harm, attempt to murder the daughter and kills the mother so said mother could be hers. She shows no remorse whatsoever, is cruel, vicious and actually wants to pull another person into the same limbo she's in.
