I think these days it is usually 20%. Our pizza delivery driver gets a nice tip because she is super great. Our newspaper delivery man gets treats all year and a special bonus at Christmas. He does the sweetest thing for us every day....so we spoil him and his kids a lot. Some waitresses get a great tip, others don't...We are fans of customer service so if a place doesn't offer customer service they just get a standard tip. We tip better at places that offer a military discount....the military taught us that. I hide the tips I leave for maids because hotel owners will steal the maids tips. I tip drivers because I can't stand to drive, so I appreciate the job they do. My hair dresser gets a tip which is usually quarters for her kids and cash for her and then I go home and update her prices on my computer software. I tip my vet with baked goods...her rule not mine.

You grab them by the feet or ankles and lift them. Easy, unless they're obese.

I usually tip about 20% for waitstaff and beauty services. For delivery food I tip about $4-5 since I live close. I tip more if I’m further away. For bartenders, I tip a couple bucks per drink for mixed drinks and maybe a buck for wine or beer.
