Should I give a job tip to a woman who ghosted me?
I once asked out a woman who just became pregnant and was hardly looking for a job. She accepted my offer to get coffee but after a couple rounds of texts she fell off.
I thought she might benefit from a good job tip as I just got hired, should I give it?

You're under no obligation to do so. But this is one reason women have a harder time in the working world. They can't even book a networking lunch without a guy thinking they're looking for sex (and then being angry when he finds out all they want is the same chance in the labor market that men have).

Why would you? Her full time job is finding a "suitable" husband.

Be careful, she might MeToo you.
If you do hire her, don't talk to her without someone else in the room or your recording it. FACT

So she's not that interested in you. It happens. Accept it and move on to someone who is more likely to be a partner to you.
Once you can accept that and get beyond the "She ghosted me? <GASP><MELODRAMA><AGNST>" mentality, I think you will see that the correct answer is "She's a human being in a rough situation in a rough job market and this can help her out quite a bit."
