1) you don't mention what country you are in - SURPRISE!!! - there is no Intergalactic Federation of Planets standard for shoe sizes . . . . different countries of Planet Earth have different standards.  2)  but had you taken the trouble to enter something like "average shoe size" in Google you would have found that the average man's size in the US is currently 10.5 and in the UK it's 10.  3)  but then you didn't specify man/woman, child/teen/adult.
