Depend on a lot of things like the victim immune system, Allergies etc, or the amount of venom(dosage) in the bite.
Could range from a nothing bite to possibly fatal without medical intervention.
Just what species is an eastern wandering spider, not a common name for any of the Ctenidae family.

"eastern wandering spider" can't find any reference by that name
"wandering spider" (Ctenidae) has 694 species, some of which are hazardous to humans.
Contact a doctor or go to a hospital.
