Why are call of duty players so stupid ?
I lose majority of my matches because of teammates never bother going for the objectives, they keep dying easily, never watch my back or just stand there. I try to communicate with them but they never listen to me and just repeating walking into obvious traps or enemy kill streaks. I’m not expecting them to take the game seriously but they should at least try to pay attention.

You're the stupid one for thinking they're going to work as a team. 99% of COD players just like to sprint into action and go guns blazing. Rarely have I ever encountered non-mic players who actually listened to me and worked together. Even people with mics don't always work together; they just communicate.
Most teamwork I have achieved was done in Black Ops 3 and Infinite Warfare due to the different roles you can play as. You'd have one person using Battery (BO3) with the body armor go into the building first and use them as a shield as you cleared the campers out. Or ambush the campers in IW using multiple types of special weapons, like the black hole gun and the gun that had ricocheting bullets.
