I see these very tiny sparkles in my vision when I look at snow. It's just in front of my eyes?

I don't think it's the sparkles in the snow, but it's really weird. I only see it when I look at the snow and no where else. I don't see it when I come indoors.

It scares me because it's important to watch out for flashing lights if there is something wrong with my eyes

Update:

They are just swimming around in my vision

Update 2:

I've had some flashing specks before appear in front of my vision and I've told my doctor at my appointment. She said she did find anything wrong with my eyes

Update 3:

Didnt

It's very common i guess when you look into bright lights to see those little amoeba-like gel things floating in the eye. My doctor says it gets more as you get older. There can be a problem though at times also because i guess one of the symptoms of type 2 diabetes is little blood particles floating in the eyes.
