Is there a way for my employer to employ me without that he pays taxes?

I don't know, some kind of contract, some kind of modality where he doesn't pay tax to add to my salary?

Example: he pays me 850£ per month and that's all he takes out from his side.

Update:

I mean if they can avoid paying taxes to the gov. but in a legal way.

Employers never pays taxes to add to your salary.  They pay taxes to the government.  They don't add anything to your salary, except tips, if they so choose.

Seems that you are in UK. That is illegal. You would  also be not paying National Insurance, so no entitlement to sick pay, or pension contributions.

    Sure. Illegally.
