Theories on superman's travel to earth, considering that the fragments of krypton arrived with or within a few years of him.?

I have been browsing the net for theories on superman's journey from krypton, ranging from the ship having faster than light, to wormhole technology, to time dilation or time travel.

Taking into account the fact that so many fragments of krypton arrived within the same or few years of his arrival. What would be the most likely scenario?

(I mean, since the fragments  themselves  would not have the propulsion as  the ship, would wormhole be a more suitable reason, or that the ship traveled at the same speed as the fragments?)

More or less the same time---as HE and the capsule he was in were part of the planetary explosive debris.   Of course, he was rocket-propelled, so he got a bit of a boost or Head start.  The explosion came seconds after he was shot off.----SO we can assume he arrived a bit sooner than the debris that was following him, but the time differential likely was insignificant.
