Constant burning vagina?

I’ve had this problem all my life, tests after tests and all sorts of medication, I’ve had full complete sti screening tests and I’ve had more than 6 times last year and all have come back clear every time.

I don’t bother having sex because it burns, I’ve tried meds for nvm and thrush etc and i don’t think there’s any meds or tests left as I keep being told I’m absolutely fine and everything looks normal.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or know what it could be

Update:

Bv not nvm

What about your immune system?  Have you ever had anyone check for things like Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, etc?  It could be due to an autoimmune disorder and the problem is that MOST doctors do not even consider this possibility until its brought up.  Especially for women as we get dismissed as being over wrought, hypocondriacs.  Get a referral to a good endocrinologist and/or Rheumatologist who will listen to your issues and help you work through this.  There are obviously so many things that can affect your health in so many different ways...don't give up hope.  take care.

I agree it’s not an infection, I would see someone at a university medical center to look for more rare, unusual causes, possibly neuropathic.
