Absolutely and it’s not even a close call.  The entire Democratic platform is based on the belief that racial demographics determine beliefs and behaviors.  Policies claiming to “help the oppressed and disenfranchised” are assuming that population has a certain skin color.  That is textbook racism right there.  They claim people of a certain race cannot survive without their help.  Which is precisely the mindset of the slaveholders and klansmen who founded the Democrat party.
