I'm not a poet, so I'm not relevant here.  I think a wise student would know they stink. I used to like reading layman science and writing basic science fiction.  It's very difficult to be a true poet.  It is the most difficult genre, and the easiest one to mess up.  Psychopaths are usually really stupid, too.
