It looks okay. As long as you don't look like Daniel Stern being electrocuted in Home Alone 2 like I do, then you're fine.

It's fine. My brother-in-law has a bad beard because he doesn't trim it or keep it neat. You can have a longer beard, just keep it well groomed. Where it gets ugly is when it's not being groomed.
Oh and LET'S GOOOOOOOOO ... MOUNTAINEERS!!!
