Can a community college deny you the right to return back to their college indefinitely?

I've been trying to get back for nearly 7 years and am not allowed on the campus. They're essentially discriminating me under the false guise that I'm mentally ill.

Update:

If I go on the campus I get arrested. Haven't been on the campus sense the suspension and a criteria for my return is a psyche valve and letter of recommendation, but have been lied to and discriminated in a way that means they're using the mental health system to oppress me. It is hard to go to another college out of county when you are poor. They are very cold hearted and cruel in relation to my return. They act as if my life is as worth much as an insect. Again very evil humans.

Update 2:

The reason I was suspended was I reacted to being mobbed on the campus.

Update 3:

They also reacted as if though I never reported being bullied and that I was somehow a disruption to the student body throughout the semester and my reaction was based of anger for no apparent reason. They're psychos. Anything I can do legally. They have caused me a lot of pain and suffering in relation to this.

Get that leaky "psyche valve" fixed and try conforming to their standard instead of going against the grain and being so confrontational about it all the time.

Source(s): Your combative nature would probably be more suited for military use.

So many schools are doing online classes now. The notion that you can't afford to go out of county is a joke. You are going to have to go somewhere else. There are also schools that are completely online and not just due to COVID. If all that's required is a mental health clearance, then you can call the Dean of Student Affairs and find out what exactly you need to get that clearance. In terms of pain and suffering, no. They have their own team of lawyers and they didn't remove you willy-nilly. They followed a process for removing you and it will hold up in court.

Why would anyone waste  7 years trying to get back into a community college.

    Just go to another college.

    Yes.

You can contact a lawyer who specializes in education law if you'd like, but it seems to me the time to appeal the suspension and terms of readmission would have been seven years ago, when it happened.

At this point, you'd be better served by just providing the psych evaluation and letter of recommendation.

Yes, they can. A classic symptom of mental illness is you think everyone else is mentally. ill," or, as you put it,  "psycho."

Yes, ANY college can deny you the right to enroll, the right to attend classes, the right to be on the property.  So it's your belief that YOU are NOT mentally ill but everyone else in the student body is?  By the way, continuing to post this isn't changing my answer.

Sure, retain legal counsel.  You'll lose, BUT it will keep you off Yahoo for a while.
