scared to draw and write?

I had a friend over a while ago and she locked me out of my room to go through my notebook. I initially freaked out but she said I was overreacting and that she liked the things I drew. However I can't even hold the notebook anymore without panicking, and I can't bring myself to draw or write in any place, not just my notebook. How do I get over this?

Start by dumping your "friend". She violated your space, invaded your privacy, and her behavior was intolerable.  If you are this shaken up over the fact that she read your notebook, perhaps Choko Canyon is right, and you should consult a therapist.

Therapy, obviously, the same way you get over any life-altering trauma.

After you beat the hell out of her, make sure she is your ex. And do let all of your friends know what she did. She had no right to lock you out of your room or look into your notebook. She violated your privacy.
