everyone that ever knew biden says he was the dumbest kid in his class. he only got through by cheating his way through elementary and high school, cheating his way all through college, and plagiarizing and cheating his way all through law school. and he spent his 47 years in politics cheating the american people and selling his office to the highest foreign bidder. now he wants to cheat the american people as president. once a cheater always a cheater.
