Divorced with 2 kids. Paying child support until a recent job loss. Filed a petition to reduce CS. What should I prepare for court date?

Modification of child support order

The background is divorced in 2015 with two children

Been paying child support until June 2020. Resign from my job due to stress and hostile environment. My monthly salary went down from $10k to $2k. Have been applying to jobs and had interviews but no job offers yet. It sucks

Filed a petition to modify parent child relationship. So I an lower the monthly child support since my ex would not agree to a different amount than the original. After the filing, the court send the notice to the other party (on my request). She responded with denial of modification. Next, we are going to court in Nov

My understanding is I have to fill out this document titled

Order modifying the parent-child relationship and bring it to court date

My questions are

1. Which parts of the order to I fill out? I see a section on medical support order and another one titled child support order. Anything else?

2. Before I go to the court, what should I prepare in order to support my case. I have researched and found to bring evidence of job search. What else

3. Any other resources esp free that I can review and prepare for the court date

Thank you in advance! !

Be prepared to submit a record of the unemployment benefits you are receiving and a record of the date you lost your job.  Submit all income sources.  That should do it.

Document your reduced income AND attempts to increase your income.
