Getting good salary?

I am male above 30 years of age, in the training currently for a management porsition. I have a degree from the university plus persuing honours. I have expirience with many same industry companies. Thus is there a possibility that I receive a better pay than the people I am in the program with since they all have diplomas other certificates only some with little working experience?

Depends on company policy, position you are ultimately hired for, and other factors. E.g. one company might assign all trainees who are offered permanent positions identical salaries to start; another might consider additional factors such as prior education & experience.
