In NFL football, if a pass hits the ref and is caught in the air, is it a completion/interception or is it incomplete? ?

Is there a rule about ref interference? Could the play be a do-over?

A ball off the ref is a live ball. The ref will do his best to avoid interfering with the play, but the offense and defense are on their own responsibility to avoid him. If a QB hits the ref, it's his bad.

The ball is live if it hits an official so the catch should stand.
