Your employer had to fire you, so as to not be held liable for your potential wrongful driving actions in the future.  You are not a victim.  You chose to represent yourself instead of hiring a lawyer.  You lost the case.  You were found guilty.  That was your fight.  You don't get two fights.  Any way you look at it, there is nothing you can do but learn from it.  If you were not the driver and it was not your car, then you did a miserable job at defending yourself.  In the future, if you are not guilty of something - hire a lawyer!

When you got the letter, did it arrive BEFORE or AFTER you were found guilty?  If its the latter, you should be able to contest the fact that you didn't receive proper legal notice before being found guilty and had no opportunity to defend yourself.

But if you got the letter before being found guilty, then the road ahead will be much harder for you.  Regardless of the merits of the case, you NEED to take any legal action against you very seriously and defend yourself in court.  Your only hope now is that you can find some grounds for appeal.

Either way, you should considering hiring a lawyer.  You need more specific and expert legal counsel than anything random strangers on Yahoo! Answers can provide.

If there was a mistake they will find about but you mist to passed the process. You failed or miss the Court, sometimes some Jackazz dudes send you a court message like your with the option to make an online payment which is a clear prove of fraud and, most probably you must to ask for a judge assistance and see what happens. A double check on your case i meant.

Time to hire a lawyer, likely a stolen driver's license was used and it was your license that was given to the officer.

Why didn't you fight it in court?
