Would the US have fewer covid deaths if Hillary Clinton won in 2016?

    I believe the answer is "Yes". 

    1) She would have followed the pandemic virus handbook all presidents are given. 

    2) She would not have disbanded the pandemic virus task force. 

    3) She would have paid attention to scientists and doctors. 

    4) She would not have lied over and over and over and over. 

    5) She would have treated it as a national pandemic emergency, and not told states "you're on your own".
