Why are a lot of quiet people and introverts labelled dumb ?

    People mistakenly take their quietness for being dumb and there are so many bullies around who choose their victims.

    Here in England where we have been speaking English for over 1500 years Americans are thought of as stupid because dumb means inability to speak, not stupid.

    Not really. Usually they’re the more intelligent ones. If you see some of the brightest people in the world they seem to have introverted personality in them. They’re more calculative.
