Do you really want to cut down on gun violence? Then pass a law that if a "person of color" is caught with a gun, off to prison they go.?

The stats already have dropped like a rock in immigrant communities.  You don't need to send more Americans to prison.  You just need more immigration.

Let the Republicans have their way with the border and the gangs will be running the country, because Americans don't stop them -- immigrants do.

You want the stats to drop, replace “people of color” with anyone.

Welcome to the USA. One of America's most fundamental principles is that we are all equal under the law, that our laws don't create this kind of race based double standard. That may be a difficult concept for you if you didn't grow up with it, but if you're going to live in the USA it's something you need to wrap your head around.
