No it is rule of thumb to wait until age 57

It's okay to color your hair at any age. It's your hair and when i get older i know im definitely gonna be dying my hair i have naturally dark hair and i would look funny as hell with gray hair lol.

Sure! I am 80 and still do it. I do choose a light blond color that will blend in. No black or dark colors as it looks too fake.
