What does "left articulation" mean?

I got results back from an xray that was taken of my shoulder. I have advanced osteoarthritis, but it says "in the left humeral articulation".

What does this mean? Thanks!

Update:

The xray was of my LEFT shoulder.

It's inside the joint. The issue is located where the humerus (upper arm bone) means the shoulder (scapula). Glenohumeral joint is another word for it. Articulation is meaning that it's where one bone is joining with another.

Please, get a MEDICAL explanation from your doctor.

Even if someone answers who is a doctor, without seeing the actual x-ray, they can only make a guess.
