Slavery of who exactly? Most cultures throughout history have had slaves. Eygpt, China, Sumer, Rome, Greece just to name a few. Do you mean in the United States? Blacks were just another group in a long line of slavery. I am not saying slavery is a good thing. But Americans act like only Africans have ever been enslaved. And what does a fictional character have to do with it?

Where did you get the Idea that Jesus was God??   In my Bible, Jesus is the Son of God.

Sorry, no. He was a man, a preacher and a messiah, during a time in history when these guys were a dime a dozen, you couldn't throw a stick without hitting the next messiah. Somehow people believed in his preaching (that's a rather long historical account of being in the right place at the right time, you have many books to read and documentaries to watch on the subject). Either way, I wouldn't put too much faith in it, Jesus may have been a revolutionary who started a movement but i wouldn't say he's god or anything near it. In his time he was nothing more than a criminal and an agitator, dangerous to the status quo. The established Christians and Catholics of today would never in their right minds break with their traditions to follow such a rebellious man, in a way they represent everything that he fought against. Funny how a man who fought tradition and conformity all his life should end up as an icon for a ritualistic institution that is all about conformity without question. If Jesus is not coming back, it's because he's disappointed in the way that his following turned out, just more dumb sheep, when he was probably hoping for some visionaries.

And just how would he accomplish that?Jesus came to save souls one by one, not to fix the worlds manmade problems. Jesus rather calls his Christians out of the world. The NT Greek word for church is ekklesia meaning "the called out." Ek like English ex meaning out/out of/away from.

In his kingdom there are no social divisions.

Galatians 3:28 KJV — There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Colossians 3:11 KJV — Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.

No. He is the Son of God. It says so in the Bible.

If I recall correctly, he told slaves to be good slaves, but that might have been Paul (or one of the writers of the Epistles).
