Why is ROKU always blowing up the screen, magnifying only a quarter of the image?

Constantly blowing the screen up to only a quarter of the screen. Anyone understand? I'm receiving through high speed Comcast Cable.

    call Comcast. they will know how your service is set up.

    that is the zoom feature...it can be turned off
