Do you know that feeling in your veins you might get when you are doing your business in the bathroom? What's that?
It's kinda similar to how adrenaline feels, except it doesn't make you edgy or whatever. You just feel a sort of rush in your veins, as best as I can describe it.

More specifically, the veins across your arms.

These feelings originate in your brain and so something is obviously not working properly there. See a neurologist immediately.
