Will Expedia make it?

my ticket to paris has not been refunded.

    I expect Expedia are in the middle of trying to sort out thousands upon thousands of requests.  You should contact your insurance company (you would have been silly to book a trip without holiday insurance) as they might be able to sort you out quicker.

    TRY to settle with Expedia. THEN if you have trip insurance, try them. Finally, speak with your credit card company. KEEP A LEVEL HEAD, DON'T SWEAR OR SCREAM as Americans are wont to do. (l have worked "call center" before.) You may get a later "safe" date to travel to Paris.
