    Only to the people used to living off welfare. The rest of us might worry about financial recovery even more with a baby on the way.

    No, not especially. Most of the so-called "power outage baby" events are urban myths, and even if they do occur, it's because people's evening entertainment and heat was disrupted.

    The quarantine business has not turned off the power...people at home still have plenty to do. Those that decide to engage in more intimacy (and do so carelessly) are probably balanced out by the number who are at each other's throats because of the confinement.
