Does my ex still want to be with me?

So we broke up 6 months ago but I still saw her as more, so I removed her off everything and stopped contact. A month later she pops up asking how I’m doing in quarantine and really eager to meet. We meet up and she asks if I regret anything and then says she regrets how much love we have for each other and that some people never have what we had which threw me off a bit coz she was the one who wanted to be friends. We had a nice day and when I left she gave me a really long hug that was more than a friends hug. So I’m confused as to wether she wants to be friends again or something more, like I’m getting mixed messages so I was wondering if someone with a more objective view could help. Many thanks
