So you stop eating your feces- Is this a troll?

Do you get delivery? Do you touch the containers the food is placed in? What if the person packing it is contaminated with the virus. Food you bought in a supermarket may have been touched by someone contaminated. Same with the mail. And if you had anyone come in the house, they touched the door the knobs and a table, chair arms etc. What if they are a carrier of Covid? This is why you must be very careful and VERY clean and if someone visits then sanitize anything they touched. AND wash your hands.
