a red frame?????

hi .... when i want to answer a question, a red frame appears and says "The minimum length of an answer is 15 characters"
what is the trouble? ...thanks

your answers are too short ...look in right hand lower corner ..it tells you how many letters you have used ...if less than 15 ..you can it more with ......

The "trouble" is that you are trying to respond to a question using fewer than 15 characters.  It's one of Yahoo's attempts at getting rid of imbeciles who simply add a few characters in order to gain points, with no thought being used as to whether their response is a legitimate one, or even if the response has ANY connection to the question being asked.
