Why are all the Western countries trying to get all their citizens to return from China, knowing that this will spread the sickness faster?

Not all of them have been infected, and the ones who are infected can still be quarantined.

Obviously, you are not concerned at all about the Westerners. As you are clearly not one of them.

Because they don't want their citizens treated like the Chinese "treat" some of their own citizens?  Those western citizens can be quarantined upon arrival home thus limiting further infection.

If you have a good immune system, "coronavirus" is not worse than a cold.
