are there any good non Teflon frying pans that don't stick?

ive tried orgreenic, gotham steele, blue diamond, all garbage, and stick with or without oil, don't believe those tv comericals, my search continues

    Nothing beats a well cured cast iron pan. It takes time, a LOT of use and patience, but once it’s seasoned and cured it’s better than Teflon and will last FOREVER.

    Teflon pans are potentially harmful to the health, which it looks hasn't been mentioned yet in the answers.

    Cast iron is the way to go.  If you learn how to season them right. I did run across a second hand large WOK here that looks like steel. But may be polished high carbon cast iron. That don't stick. But it is in commercial size & second hand with no brand name to check who made it. You find strange things in Asia in the ally markets for sale.

    It doesn't matter what kind you buy. All will have sticking problems if your food is improperly prepared.

    The ceramic non-stick ones work just fine if you don't put the heat up too high. If you are one of those that want to cook everything on high heat because you're impatient, you're not going to find anything non-stick.

    I would agree with "Mog".

    Also, using the correct temperature can also reduce the likelihood of sticking.
