What is the reason why women look for leadership in men? why are men expected to be the leaders in heterosexual relationships?

As a woman, I can say, not EVERY woman looks for that quality in man. In fact I know many woman who wear the pants in the relationship rather than the men, there is nothing wrong either way.

To answer your question, not every women does and when they do, there's nothing wrong with that either. Everyone has preferances, including YOU. There's nothing wrong with that.

Side note, if you think ALL that women have to do is look attractive, you don't know a thing about the challenges women face. Menstrual cycles, hormones, social competition, SEXUAL HARASSMENT etc. just too name a few.

Have you seen the recent women empowerment and leadership movements recently? Not all women want to be lead. Some want to be leaders themselves.

They want a guy who is confident and can do the job, of being provider and protector. I'm almost half way to a million dollars on paper, in the equity in my house, so I did something right, maybe. Got given a lot of everything I had, never really worked all that hard, don't like fighting, don't like leading, I'm more like tell me what to do you crazy woman, so I can have sex with you, because that's all I want. The least amount of work possible for the most amount of sex. Apart from that, I want TV and food, and beer. 

Don't worry. It's the 21st century. Women are leading.
