Mouth ulcer, herpes or cheek biting?
Do you guys know what this thing inside my mouth is? It’s slightly inconvenient and painful

Avoid milk product, get some B complex vitamins. Use small grain salt and oil (mustard, coconut) to massage the teeth near the site.
It seems like cheek bite, but white patch signify ulcer, Don't worry it will go away within 3-4 days, follow above steps.
