Extreme torture by employees?

I just walked into a 24 hr place and there are people literally sleeping inside here and the employee literally harassed me by asking me if anyone was picking me up or i was waiting for someone while i was inside
Im not sure why literally every restaurant i go to kicks me out immediately like is there some place all these employees go to so they speak crap about me and just kick me out every single restaurant i go to?
